Trip Completion
Complete all assigned trips. Report any issues immediately through the dispatch system.
Incident Reporting
Report all incidents, accidents, and complaints within 24 hours per protocol.
Customer Service
Treat every member with dignity and respect. Assist with mobility needs as required.

Ongoing Credentialing
All providers must complete the ongoing credentialing process to maintain minimum requirements for drivers and vehicles. This assures you meet MediDrive standards and assure member safety.
