What You'll Need When Scheduling
Have this information ready before you call or go online.
- Date of birth
- Medicaid ID number
- Doctor's name and phone number
- Appointment date, time, and address
- Special needs (wheelchair, stretcher, etc.)
Schedule 5 Business Days in Advance
To ensure availability, please schedule your ride at least 5 business days before your appointment. Same-day or next-day requests may not be accommodated due to high demand.
For recurring appointments (dialysis, therapy, etc.), ask about setting up a standing order so you don't have to call each time.
Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. You can cancel via phone, online portal, or the mobile app.
