booking patient rides

Routine appointments

Advanced scheduling:

Schedule transportation for routine medical visits with at least 2 business days in advance. You can use the facility portal, email our team at facilityco@medidrive.com or call us at 720-452-3025 (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).

Recurring treatments:

For recurring visits (at least 3 times per week for 12+ weeks), such as dialysis, chemotherapy, or rehab, please contact our dedicated Facility Department at .

Important

Patients cannot request their own discharge transportation. To ensure safety and prevent fraud, Colorado hospital staff must initiate all discharge requests.
